Is it possible to csv export a company name into the organization field in jira service desk 3.3.0

Exporting from data from sysaid into jira service desk 3.3.0.  The organization field does not get updated with the company name.  Anyone have any suggestions. Or is it not possible to import data into the organizions field?

Hi Maria,

Importing organizations via csv isn't possible at this time from my testing and research.  In addition, there is an open bug - JSDSERVER-4723 - that states the Organization field doesn't show up on the Create Issue screen which may have something to do with this behavior.

I would recommend voting on JSDSERVER-4723 and in addition, you can open a feature request in JAC and hopefully this functionality will be added in the future.
