Is it possible to disable email notifications for priority changes

Hey there,

our Service Desk Team Agents were asking, if it is possible to disable email notifications for priority changes, so that they would only receive emails for new comments and status updates.

In the notifications settings I could only find the event "issue updated", which probably includes all changes of an issue.

No, notifications are not implemented at a field level, the code only reacts to events.

You would need to turn off issue-level notifications, then use one of the scripting or automation apps that can be set to do more clever notifications to send emails conditionally.
