Is it possible to stop projects being displayed in the portal?

I'm setting up my portal and currently have 5 active projects - all of which are displaying on the main portal page - I actually only want 1 or 2 of them displayed at this stage - I haven't been able to find a setting to stop the others being displayed - is this possible?

Hi @Garry Nurrish ,

There is no "switch" to display or hide a portal on the Help Center I'm afraid.

However this is managed by the access to the project.

• If you are a customer of that project you'll see it on the portal.
• If you have browse project permissions as an agent , you 'll see it on the portal
