Is the log analyzer supposed to go over 100%?

Not showing any sign of stopping, I'll just cancel it but thought this was kinda weird.

We have ran into same problem before and it was kinda strange. But, restarting the server did the trick for us.

We are having the same issue and stopping and restarting the jira service works but need to understand root cause
