Working with Service Desk Queues in inherited enterprise server instance. Was told there was a maximum number of queue SD can handle. Cannot find it in documentation.
Is this correct and what is the max?
I would like to support this question with the following contribution.
We have just migrated to cloud last week and have received a error message that we have exceeded 50 queues. Currently used to using many more than this.
Agreed, that I can find nothing in the documentation.
