Is there a way to add columns to the portal like the create date of a ticket? Also any way to sort c

Rolling our Service Desk and would like to add a column so they can see the date the ticket was created.

Are you talking about “My requests” screen table? You can’t add columns there without plugins, unfortunately.

Ultimate theming for Jira can do this (and a lot more)
