Is there a way to change "Raise a Request on Behalf of" to "Entered by"

We use a lot of custom fields, and the verbage can get a little tricky. I just need to know if its possible to re-label this field.

The short answer to this (at least in my experience) is no. The longer answer is that there may be some plugins that do this and/or you could possibly do that with ScriptRunner behaviors. The simpler way I have gotten around it is to drop some helpful text in the portal or announcements panes with some instruction.
