I have a couple of directors who want to try something different in their reporting (trying to be innovative). Is there a way to change the SLA Time to Resolution to count up instead of down? For example; instead of 24 hours to resolution 24, 23,...1 it counts up 1, 2...24 time to Resolution?
Please advise.

To the best of my knowledge, it's not possible, at least not natively. Perhaps there are plugins that would allow it. You might submit this as a suggestion to the Jira Service Management Cloud project on Atlassian's own Jira.
