Our company works with several JIRA products, the same is used in several projects, the JIRA SD, is used a lot in Field projects, and we have several Field projects in production, we had a problem that caused a financial impact generating a fine for our company, of a considerable amount, on 15/04/2021 from 15:49 to 17:59 all tickets that are opened via email by our client were rejected:
These tickets are opened by the client's ITSM that sends an email at the opening for our JIRA project, which caused a number of 45 rejected tickets that were not met;
It is impracticable to have someone to monitor the logos, mainly from various projects.
So an error or rejection message or any reason other than email is of paramount importance to our organization, mainly because it is a financial impact.
