Is there a way to get list of customer on a jira servicedesk project ?

Houha Amdouni October 3, 2019

We need to export customer by project in Jira service desk, we found a wa to get them by sql query as describe in the following link : https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Desk-questions/Customer-export-list/qaq-p/859664

but the customer are not add to this role Jira service desk role , so this solution doesn't work for us .

The customer are added to organization.

Is there other query or other solution that we can use ?

Thanks in advance

Hi @Houha Amdouni

There is an experimental REST API resource for fetching users of an organisation.

Hi Houha,

not being a developer myself I usually look for pragmatic, no code solutions. Is this something you would need to to on a regular basis? Are we talking about a lot of customers?

I am just asking because if you go to the "Service desk customers" tab in your project, you have a list of all customers (via organisation, group,.. anything).

You could just select them and copy paste them to a file.

But of course this is a very ugly solution only suitable if no other options are available and for one time actions.

Cheers,

Tessa
