Is there a way to remove "Private Request" option on customer portal

On customer portal, we see the private request and share with organisation options, can we remove this Private Request option?

Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove the option to create Private requests in the customer portal of Jira Application.

We understand how this functionality would be useful, so we created the following feature requests to implement it:

Allow option to turn off private requests in Portal 

Allow the hiding of the "Share with" option from the customer portal 

Feel free to vote and watch the suggestions to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.
