Is there a way to tell if a customer has activated their profile in Jira SD

when adding customers to a project..is there a way to tell if they have activated their profile after getting the invite. Often some customers do not quickly activate their profile and thus the do not have permission to access the portal...is there a way to tell if their portfile has been activated?

HI @Rob 

Did you Try Atlassian Admin / User Management / Service Desk?

My projects accepts emails without accounts, so all of them here are active. 

The users that created logins, there is a column with the last activity that shows the last date they logged in

Also shows me the users that never logged in the portal.

So ...do you have to be a site administrator to determine if a profile has been activated...should be a better way

Yes, this is an admin activity.... 

Unfortunatelly I dont know any other way to check this, but from Users management.
