We're using JIRA (on premise) and JIRA Service Desk (on Cloud). Is there any way to integrate two systems since one of them is on premise whereas the other one is on Cloud?
We basically want to associate JIRA Service Desk requests with our internal JIRA system so that developers work on that?
That should indeed be possible, you can link cloud and server products together.

Once you have the application link set up you should be able to reference/link issues between both.
Hi @Dirk Ronsmans . We managed to connect JIRA Service Desk and JIRA Software. However, even though they're connected, it looks like two systems don't see each other. We cannot see JIRA issue keys while we're trying to link. What would be the reason?
