Is there any way to add additional filters to a customer portal on JIRA Cloud?

Our customers are asking for the ability to filter by ticket priority.  Is there any way to add this new filter to the customer portal view on JIRa Cloud?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
Currently, it's not possible to add custom filters in the portal or search for other fields. We have some feature requests suggesting the implementation of this ability:
