Hello i'd like to know if it is possible to modelize this issue hierarchy in JIRA Service desk or Software ?
Is it possible to create an Initiative (Test Scenario) in which i will create Epics (Test Case) and then two issues (Bug or Change Request)

This is not possible in native Jira/Jira Serivce Desk without a third-party addon.
For example: Structure:
- Allows unlimited hierarchy levels
- Ability to create unlimited custom views and associate default views and associated default view for a particular structure
- A structure is easy to set up, so it could be implemented with few changes along with a new project hierarchy
