Hi,
I have setup JIRA service desk to use for change management. I have create and issue type screen with various configured fields.
When I select raise a request from the left hand side I do not get the screen with the configured fields as I do when I create an issue from the top menu.
How can I get them to both use the same screen?

I am not on the Jira Service Desk but I will try to help.
The Requests View (for Customers) is different to the Issue View (for internal users or agents).
It sounds like you will need to update the Request Type.
