Hi all
I want to configure an issue where a pdf file is attached by default.
The customers should then be able to select this issue type in the customer portal and editing this pre-attached pdf file in the issue.
Is there a way to do this?

Hi Phillipp, welcome to the Community. There is, to the best of my knowledge no way to do this. Can you articulate why you would need to do this vs. simply creating the form directly in the request?

For now I solved it with system and custom fields. But there are so many fields to fill, especially in a table grid. So I thought it could be more easy and will look nicer if there was a attached PDF instead of tons of fields to fill.
But it seems I have to stay at the custom fields, system fields and table grids.
