Hi iam configured issues by mail, they are created, but as issuer/author of the issue, it sets me (admin) instead of creating a new customer and us him as author. So i can not cumminicate with him by using comments etc. Please have a look: xxxxxxxxxx Thank you very much

If you are trying to have new users created when they send in an email please ensure the following is configured:
project > project settings > customer permissions - "Anyone can send in a request from portal or 'email'"
if that is set correctly let me know.

So to be clear here, you are saying that an individual that is not a current user sends an email to your defined custom email and the issue is created but your userid is set as the “Reporter” not the person that submitted the ticket? Assuming that is correct can you tell me what happens if an existing customer sends an email for new Issue?
