Hi All.
I'm currently having issue where if a customer replies on an email, JIRA creates a new issue.
I need assistance please, I would like to know how I can create a rule that would prevent that from happening, for instance, JIRA should be able to look at the summary and add the customer's reply as a comment or add it to the description column, instead of creating a new issue.

That is what mail handlers can do, adding comments for further replies to an email. Take a look at this page to check how it should be configured.
