We upgraded JIRA SD to 4.8.0 and now it's taking too long to start.
We have also disabled automatic indexing during startup.
I tried to set this value in jira-config properties and restart but no luck
jira.advanced.audit.log.migration.limit=10
Below logs are repeating & instance has not started
