JIRA Service Desk:Default not "Private request"

Hi All,

I found this situation in the service desk
Figure 1: If the user has only one group when entering the page, it will default to the "first organization"
Figure 2: If the user has multiple groups, it will default to "Private request"
Our user hopes that the default is "the first organization" in any case, unless he does not own an organization, can I do that, thank you!

Hi, @shadow.fang 

If I correctly understand your question, your customers want to set Privat scheme and believe that this portal-issue will be shared with their organization(like they set on 1st figure). 

It depends on your issue security scheme configuration. You should check your Privat one security scheme.

We would like change the default sharing not "Private request", is their anyway to remove or change the default with the other company sharing?
