I have installed Jira Service Desk in a Dev environment. When attempting to create a project, the Service Desk templates are not available.
I have:
restarted the Jira service on the server
followed step in this article:

Hello @Jill mcnamee is JSD licensed? The knowledge base doesn't match with your description. I understand that you can't even create a service desk project at all
