Hi Team,
JIRA service desk FAQ is not responsive with mobile device.
please help
Please view in mobile device.
Thanks for clarifying the scope of the problem here. I was able to find an existing ticket on this problem in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-5137
It appears that this is a known issue that is effecting mobile views. I would recommend watching and voting on that issue for updates to this. I would expect that a change the code of Jira Service Desk and/or confluence would be needed to ultimately resolve this issue.
Sorry there does not appear to be another work-around at this time.
Regards,
Andy
Hi Andrew,
Thanks for the help.
so Basically when I open the FAQ and click any FAQ it doesn't zoom in or zoom out. For example, if the sentence is long I can only see the first few words.
I tried in a different mobile device like iPhone, Samsung, and etc. It worked well with iPad tho
Yes I can navigate within the page

Thanks for letting us know the answers to those questions. However I am still uncertain of the problem here. Is it that the text on the mobile screen is not rendering correctly and appears to be running off the screen?
How exactly is the mobile client 'not responsive' as you put it?
Are you unable to navigate within that page?
Is their the ability to change the zoom in this client? Curious to see if changing the zoom helps at all here or if perhaps the client is making this text larger is part of the problem here.
Need more info please.

Sorry, I cannot login to this link you have provided to try an test this. Both in mobile and desk form, I am being prompted for a username/password to reach this site. Is that the problem at hand here?
Could you please explain in some more details the problem here?
