JIRA ServiceDesk supports ITIL modules?

Hi

Please help me with below questions if you have JIRA ServiceDesk implemented in your company:

1) Do we have Change Request Module

2) DO we have Problem Management module

3) Can we configure SLA for different rules

4) Can we create different queues/ pools having defined set of Agents

These functions are all built into Service Desk off-the-shelf.
