Is it possible to trigger approval workflow only in certain situations except when a ticket is moved to status x? Eg. Work estimation is above x then trigger approval workflow?

Use an automation rule to execute a global transition to the status "awiaitng approval" or similar when the work estimation threshold is crossed.
I am not sure I understand. If using transition rule i set it up to trigger approval once ticket moves from status A to status B. How do i add IF rule on top of that saying trigger approval if tickets moves from status A to status B and has estimation value equal or more to x?
