Hi community
Currently I'm setting up a new service desk. Meaning, it is not in a productive environment yet.
I created a Webhook, connected it to our MS Teams, enabled "comments" and ticked "created".
Now, when testing, the system reports all comments, internal and from customers to MS Teams (as configured). Can I limit it to only report comments from customers? I can't find a JQL Query to konfigure this.
Is somebody able to help me with this?

It does not appear to be possible to search for comments based on public vs. internal. There is a suggestion for this in the Atlassian JIRA Cloud backlog.
