Hi Team, i am creating a customer time to resolution (Avg) report and i see some difference in the hrs spent for following cases:
1) when i use the filters and select the component it gives me X hrs spent
2) when i use "JQL from SLA goals" and select the SLA goal, the report gives me y hrs spent.
can you advise the use of "JQL from SLA goals here? and how the above two options are related to each other?
ultimately, what i would like to have is the hrs spent by the team in tickets per component.
