JSD Server - can't create SD Project

Can not create SD project:

• restarting server with out Confluence
• removing Confluence app link

The error you are facing can be caused by a number of different reasons. Please, follow the steps below to properly troubleshoot the issue:

1. If your default language is set to Russian or German (Switzerland), it's possible you might be impacted by the bug JSDSERVER-4170. In this case, follow the steps of the workaround provided in the bug or update your SD application to a version that is not impacted by the bug.
2. Check if you are facing the problem mentioned in one of the following documentation, properly trying the resolution steps:
