When someone puts in a ticket into the portal or uploads an attachment to the ticket on the portal side and they add an attachment to the ticket.
The email notification that is sent comes through just fine however the attachment just shows a small box as shown in the screenshot but not the actual image.
A user can click on that small error image box and it will take the user to see the image that works fine. Is it by design not to show the attachment within the email notification?
