JSD queues hang while accessing external network

Sharda Gupta August 27, 2019

Hi,

I have a problem loading JSD queues in external network. Checked HAR file and observed attached error.

Same setup works fine in internal network.

Referred below link:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-service-desk-queues-page-not-loading-896579860.html

But still issue remains same.

Any suggestions are welcome.Screenshot 2019-08-23 at 16.56.09.png

@Sharda Gupta  have you checked network firewalls , DNS, access?

Have you tried accessing just the .js url in you browser?

400 is bad request so probably something wrong with the request

Cheers,
Radu

Hi Radu,

Thank you for the reply. Yes, we are able to access .js url in the browser because we can access Jira site externally so firewall and DNS also works fine.

Only queues have problem in loading externally after we login 2nd time. when we login first time, it loads properly. (which is weird though)

My setup is placed in google cloud with linux OS.

Regards,

Sharda
