Hello, guys!

is there a way to check how many tickets were open via:

1. Customer Portal

2. Email request

3. API

 

I want to check which way is more convenient for our customers.

Yes. You can use the request-channel-type in a JQL and you can also use this in various Gadgets in a dashboard.

I probably would look at pie chart. Also see if the two dimensional gadget supports the request-channel-type. That would be nice to see the count by channel vs. status.

Hello!

Were you able to add channel-type onto the dashboard via some gadget?

I tried the same way with Pie chart, but there wasn't any statistic type named channel-type or something similar. Therefore I weren't able to display statistic for different channel types in the Pie chart.

If You have successfully done it, could you please describe the settings behind it?

My use-case:
Would like to display the count or percentages of available channel types via Pie chart or some other gadget. For example 114 tickets via channel-type Portal, 43 tickets via E-mail etc.

Hi!

I did create filter for channel-types but when I tried to find statistic type from Pie chart gadget, there was none. From my logic, there should be channel type statistic or...?

I mean this setting:
