Jira Screen Customization

In a create screen I have many tabs, but they are not looking like a tab, they are just looking like labels in the screens, Find below screenshot for the reference.

if possible  suggest add-ons

It is not likely that you will find add-ons for this. And probably not recommended anyway because the issue view is changing drastically as you can see at https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracorecloud/the-new-jira-issue-view-938040503.html.

Thew new view is available only in Cloud but it is only a matter of time before it reaches server. Yet to see how tabs work in the new view but any customization you do now might have to be rewritten or abandoned when the new view is rolled out.
