Jira Service Desk API and JSON Import limitations

Hello Community.

We developed the service that allows migrating data to Jira Service Desk from many different help desk systems.

However, right now we are using the mix - we migrate everything via API and only tickets via the JSON import.

We faced many limitations we'd like to discuss here:

  1. There is no way to create users (agents) via API.
  2. There is no way to retrieve the connection between contacts and companies via API with one request.
  3. There is no way to set the date and the author in the comment via API
  4. There is no way to set the date in the ticket via API
  5. When you create the user (agent) via API it should be in the same project we are migrating to.
  6. We can migrate tickets only to the one project via API.
  7. There is no way to connect company to the ticket via the file import.
  8. There is no way to migrate private notes via the file import.

If somebody has the solution, please, advise.
