Jira Service Desk - Approval

Hi All,

I want to set approval for some step in JIRA service desk and the approvers is set by default. I have done creating custom field for multiusers-picker and attach to the project then added it in workflow for approval, but It ended up like this 

As can you see the approvers on People section is filled by default, but on Approvals section No approvers selected.

For information, we are using JIRA on-prem not cloud and the version is v8.7.1.

Can you help for this please?

Dear @Gandhi Narottama ,

I had the same issue as you and after I investigated, it was caused by the "custom field for multiusers-picker" so you need to re-index and after that it should be fine your approval choice. Please verify this solution if it works to help other users who have similar issues.
