Jira Service Desk: Auto Assign an issue to a Confluence page author/label

Hello,

We have a very specific "Nice to have" question from one of our customers.

They are planning to migrate from Sharepoint to Confluence Server. This action will bring several hundred files into Confluence.

The idea is to import the doc and docx files directly as Confluence pages, and the other files will be added as attachments, the metadata will be imported as labels.

There is a expiring date on every document and a very strict review policy. This will be managed through Comala.

On the meantime, they also plan to have a Jira Service Desk.

One of the planned issue types will be a document review Issue, the goal is to report an error or to give the customer the possibility to ask for an update through the Jira Portal.

Now, here comes the tricky part:

The pages and files will be managed by several different teams, and in each team, these documents are managed by "Document Owners". These document owners are present in the metadata in Sharepoint.

The question is:

  • Is it possible to auto-assign an issue asking for a document review to the correct "Document Owner"?
  • A document Owner can come from:
    • The page Creator
    • A label
