Hi All,
I have created a service request on a project where assignee is a Freshdesk user.
The ticket is created on Freshdesk as soon as i assign an issue to Freshdesk user.
I can view all the updates on the Freshdesk end if we update it on Jira Service Desk project.
However, If a comment is made on Freshdesk it does not send any updates to Jira Service Desk end.
Can someone please explain if this needs to be configured somehow?
Update: We receive the following error if a user posts a comment/note on a Freshdesk ticket.
"The message was rejected because it is auto-reply mail." SD auto reply filter
