The Queues, Customers and Reports sections are not loading (see screenshot). This started happening today.
It is not isolated to one user. I've tried clearing the cache, and checking the darkfeatures settings as suggested here:

Does anyone have other ideas as to what might be going on?
Using JIRA Service Desk 3.6.1 and JIRA Software 7.4.1

There might be more clues in your browser’s console log or in the Jira logs.
Having said that, the version you are using is no longer supported. Please consider upgrading to the latest version or one of our Long Term Support versions. You can find supported versions here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/atlassian-support-end-of-life-policy-201851003.html
