Jira Service Desk Server Confluence Server integration

Hello,

Integration was successful. But when I go to the customer portal and try to search for articles. I can only find articles using English words in the search. When using other languages, the search does not work.

Has anyone encountered similar problems? Where to look for a solution?

Thanks so much for your question.

We were hoping you could give us some more specific information on your environment and language. We have successfully searched using both French and Chinese on the latest version of Jira Service Desk and it appears to work for us.

What version of Confluence, Jira Service Desk are you using? What language was the article and search done in?

We found a problem as fluency bug. It resolved by upgrade on new version.
