Jira Service Desk, Starter License

we purchased your product got a confirmation email that states order has been processed. click to Get your product license. to get license when you click the link it asks for Server ID, and there no information on how to obtain this information. Nor is there the software available to access. Please advise this should be simple but it is very complexes.

To get a server ID, you have to install the software and run it - the process will ask you for a licence as part of the installation process (and take you off to your my.atlassian.com account to fetch one from the screen that gives you the server-id)
