Jira Service Desk - Sync organizations with Jira

Hi everyone,

In our existing Jira installation we have a custom field with the organization to which the Jira issue is related. The custom field has a predefined list of values.

We are now adding Jira Service Desk and we would like to keep the list of organizations in sync with the ones that are already in our Jira custom field. What is the proper way to do this?
