I am the Jira service desk admin. How do i see resolved or closed tickets in Jira service desk?
Once you have permissions, here are some ways to see Closed issues.
Even if you are an admin the permission scheme on the service desk will determine if you can see issues and have the ability to close them. Look at the permission scheme and see what project role you need to do this. Since you are an admin you can grant yourself this role and then resolve issues.
