This morning we noticed that a few recent re-hires were not present in the reporters list within a ticket. Manually typing out their full email address seems to have added them back to the user index and they can now be found on the reporter drop down. However, one user, who is active in the user list, can't be found in the reporter drop down and we're unable to re-add him to the index using the same methods as the other users I previously mentioned.
I've seen that Jira Cloud doesn't allow us to manually re-index so I assume we'll just need to be patient with this particular user and he'll eventually show up after the user list automatically re-indexes. Just curious if anyone has experienced this and can confirm my assumption.
