Hey i am not sure what happened. i updated jira service desk from 4.5.0 to 4.7.1 and for some reason, the queues area looks.. different... i cant put my finger on it, but it seems like everything is bleeding together now. Like maybe before there were lines inbetween the columns? or the rows? now it looks flat and jumbled.
From looking at general images of queues from a search engine, i think the problem is that i am now missing the horizontal lines between issues. how do i add these back? as you can see below i have no lines.
this image from duck duck go has the lines there. is this a setting somewhere?
its hurting my eyes to look at the queue now... hopefully i can make a sitewide change.
My company just passed to Jira service desk and I have the same issue. It is really annoying for my eyes to not have the rows that dived the tickets
