Do you know whether (and how) it is possible to set up a keyword report on Jira Service Desk?
For example, I would like to know which are the most common words used on the summary of the issues, as a way to identify critical areas in my system.
The report I need would look something like this (e.g.):
Word --- Counting --- Number of issues
mouse --- 250 times --- 230 issues
monitor --- 200 times --- 190 issues
wireless --- 100 times --- 98 issues
...
mousepad --- 2 times --- 2 issues
It is not mandatory to have both the total word counting and the number of issues containing that word on the report, but a similar result would be very helpful.
Do you think it would be feasible?

I could have sworn I one saw a word cloud gadget for Jira dashboard but I must have been dreaming. There are a couple Confluence add ons called TagCloud & TechTime Word Cloud but not sure that would work for you.
