Language support not possible to choose sections

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
In the past it was possible to edit the translations within the project settings:
project settings -> Language Support -> choose language (e.g. German)
After this it was possible to choose different areas (for example Request Type)
Since today it is not possible to choose the sections where the language should be maintained.

In the past it was possible to choose the sections to maintain on the left site (blue marked)
Now it is only possible to maintain the Area "Dropdown" were some information is not translated.
How is it possible to choose another section were I may want to change a translation?
Do others have the same issue?
Would be grateful for any advise.
