Hi,
We have 3 named users in Jira Service Desk version 4.5.1 but we need 4 user licenses for running Service desk. Why is this the case?
As the admin user access is only used for maintanence it is not needed for the Service desk - can this be removed so that we have 3 named users?

Hi @StepStream_GmbH , I wonder if this thread might answer your question. Basically, you don't need to consume a JSD agent license as a site-admin but there are limitations that ultimately may not be desirable.
