Hi,
I renewed my current license (with 9 agents) to extend the support for 2 years. In the same time I have purchased 3 new license for Agent.
I have a new license key for the 3 new Agents.
If I am trying to update the licence key with the new one, I have only 3 agents available and the 9 previous are gone!
My objective is to add 3 agent on the 9 already existing and not to replace my 9 existing by 3 new.
I did not find a way to add a license Key in the system.
Could you help me please?

Hi,
you can have only one license-key within your application.
If you have 12 Agents (9+3) you should buy a license which includes all agents, so the next user tier will be 15 agents (its always "up to").
You have to talk to Atlassian if they withdraw your latest renewal and make an upgrade to 15 Agents.
