I would like to know if there is any limitation on Excel reports from Jira service desk. Because when I apply the filter appear 3.236 issues, however when I export to excel I have only 1.000.

Currently, on Jira Cloud, it's possible to export only 1000 by 1000 tickets the same as a bulk change where you can only change it 1000 by 1000.
We had a feature request that was closed as "Won't do", but there is a workaround to export more than 1000 tickets:
- Export More than 1000 Issues to Excel from Issue Navigator in JIRA Cloud
This is also valid for Jira Server.

Actually, with the alternative app called Better Excel Exporter for Jira Cloud, you are not limited to 1000 and you don't need to do any configuration for that. (In our load tests, we regularly export issues up to 40000.)
Start a free trial, as it has several other major advantages vs the built-in Excel export function.
