How do i limit permissions so only a specific group can add customers? I do not want all our service agents having this ability.

Currently, it's not possible to restrict who can add customers on the project. As an agent has a Service Desk license and usually they are added on the role "Service Desk Team", they will have the ability to add customers. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
