Hello,
we discovered an interesting behaviour of the Jira Service Desk Portal regarding articles and links.
Our structure for our knowledgebase space consists of 2 pages, one called "Internal" with a restriction to IT-Internal users and another page for the actual knowledgebase articles.
Today we decided to create a page structure to group similar pages
e.g.
Software 1
-Software 1 - how to
-Software 1 - broken
...
we want to use a child makro on the first page to show related articles in the portal, but using it creates confluence links instead of portal links.
Adding normal confluence links with [ ] does the same.
The problem with this is, that the user gets redirected to the confluence page instead of the portal page.
Is there a way to automatically use portal links or redirect the user back to the portal?
not sure if it is still relevant .....children macro is working by us , but to group certain issues together I use the content by label macro.
